What makes our kuah kacang special is the thickness of the sauce with a flavourful fresh ingredients combined well altogether giving the kuah kacang a delicious mouth watering taste. Ingredients are peanuts, dried chili, lemon grass, galangal, ginger, cooked chili (lada besar), tamarind paste, salt, sugar, shrimp paste (belacan), fennel seed and cumin seed.


Method of cooking:
Add ready-made kuah kacang into a pot and add 400ml of water. Stir kuah kacang with low or medium heat for at least 5-10mins. Once kuah kacang is simmering or boiling and until it becomes a thick paste, the kuah kacang is ready to be served
