Is there a monthly / yearly fee?

No, we do not charge any monthly / yearly fee.

Is there a minimum product pricing?

Yes, the minimum product pricing is RM15.

What kind of support will I receive if I join Neybrfood?

Aside from marketing, order management and delivery handling, we provide the service of taking professional photographs of your products as we believe that customers will “feast with their eyes” when purchasing food online.

I’m a small scale home chef without any brand identity/presence. Can I still join?

Yes of course! Our goal is to help you grow together. Feel free to contact us so that we can advise how to package and market your products in the most efficient way.

How are the payments made?

We have a monthly billing cycle. At the end of every month, we will send you a monthly sales summary so that you can send us the invoice and we will make the payment to you.
