What is Neybrfood?
Neybrfood is a curated online marketplace for home-cooked meals by home chefs within their neighbourhood. From their kitchen to your dining table, we enable home-chefs in their neighbourhood to earn an income from home whilst making delicious home cooked meals.
Home-chefs comes all walks of life; some are professional, family cooks, parents, relatives, grandparents or house helpers. To each with their own signature dishes, they are all aspiring chefs to-be.
We emphasize strongly on “Quality of life” to offer home-chefs the flexibility of timing, as we understand their priority on quality, cooking and timing.
The one common thread between all of us is our love for food and desire to nourish others. Home-cooked with love and purpose.
Is Neybrfood a subscription service?
No, we are not a subscription service. Simply pick and choose what you would like to order, select your delivery date and process payment. Meals will be send to your by respective home-chefs.
How do I place an order?
You can browse by location or meals in the header bar at the top of our page.
If you would like to order a meal, simply select your desired meal and place your order by selecting:
- Date and Time
Your pre-order meals will be delivered to you on your chosen day. If you need help placing an order please contact us.
Do you deliver to my area?
Each home chefs has an area of delivery, please check on their delivery location before checkout.
Some home chefs do offer pick-up services, as this service will be shown on their respective product page.
I want to amend my order.
Changes to the delivery location can be made, but a prior notice of a minimum of 72-hours is required. All food are made to order by home chef to ensure fresh quality meal, hence we want to ensure there is a buffer time for them to prep their ingredients.
If however, you do notify us under the 24-hours required timing, we will do our best to fulfil the change, but there are no guarantees. Do contact us or e-mail to check with us.
In a case that we are unable to fulfil your change due to the notice being under 72-hours, the order and delivery time will be fulfilled, regardless.
Can I change the delivery date and/or time?
If you would like to change your delivery to a later date and/or time, you may do so only if you notify us at least 72-hours before the delivery date. You can contact us on the changes, just in case!
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order up until 72-hours before the delivery date you have selected. We will refund the amount paid in the form of in-store credits for your next purchase.
